A blue shirt and glasses. That is how he dressed that day. Giving his life to street kids. Inviting them in for a shower, medical care, a good meal, clean clothing, and whatever else they might need. He and others wrapped all this in unconditional love. But it wasn’t so much the story and the powerful ministry I remember. It was his passion for the needs of the forgotten and abandoned. His words were saturated with the call of God and the needs of the street. I will never forget that day. And I will never forget him.
You can get to know him, also. Closer to the Edge
